That&#8217;s according to Princess Cruises&#8217; ninth annual <a href=\"https:\/\/www.princess.com\/news\/news_releases\/2018\/07\/Princess-Cruises-Expands-Annual-Relaxation-Report-Internationally.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Relaxation Report<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The cure might be easier than you think&#8230;<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re one of the work week\u2019s walking dead, sleep experts suggest that you try a sexy solution: sleep naked!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That may not sound like much of a change, but sleep psychologists and medical professionals say it helps in multiple ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. But sleeping au naturel does help you get comfortable within your own skin, which helps. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2018, researchers conducting a study among <a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s10902-017-9846-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nudists<\/a> found higher rates of people with a positive body image. The scientists said this was likely because others saw and accepted their bodies as they are, without judgement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Granted, some people simply don\u2019t feel comfortable sleeping naked.
